• Products may be exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery in the event of damage, manufacturing concerns, or if the product does not meet your expectations.
• You may choose to exchange the item for another jewelry piece of the same or higher value, with the difference payable by you, or opt for a credit note for the full purchase value, valid for future use.
• No refunds or cancellations are applicable once an order has been placed.
• If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately upon delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage claim. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
• Once a damage claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note for the full value of the damaged item.
